Real journeys, not chatbot demos

A MEXA story is not a chatbot screenshot. It is a path: problem, strategy, experience, implementation and result.

What will you find in this section?

Stories of organizations that connected channels, experiences and teams. We will publish individual cases at /customers/[case] when there is journey evidence — not a single isolated module. Until then, this is the format: an illustrative example, with no invented client.

Illustrative example

Automotive: from ad to test drive

This is not a named client. It is the format of a MEXA case.

A brand stops treating WhatsApp, the quote tool and the CRM as islands. The customer stops telling their story three times.

  1. Problem

The lead arrives; the context does not

Ads generate contacts. WhatsApp lives on the advisor’s phone. The quote tool is another site. The customer introduces themselves again at every step, and the network does not see the same path.

  2. Strategy

    One journey, several teams

A single thread: capture, conversation, model configuration, quoting, scheduling and commercial follow-up. Marketing, sales and the dealership operate the same customer.

  3. Experience

The customer does not change systems

They pick a model, get a quote and book in the same conversation or portal. When a human joins, there is already intent, history and a next step — not a lost chat.

  4. Implementation

    Existing pieces, orchestrated

Portal, WhatsApp, catalog, quotes, scheduling, automation, CRM and network roles. MEXA does not replace the dealership: it connects what the customer already lives.

  5. Result

    Conversion visibility, not module vanity

Measurable response time, less rework between channels, and a funnel the brand can read by location. The result is measured on the path, not on message volume.

Frequently asked questions

Why are there no customer logos?

We publish a case when there is a complete journey and evidence that can be told honestly. We do not invent testimonials or metrics for a client we cannot name.

What should a MEXA case include?

Problem, strategy, experience, implementation and result. If the story fits in “we launched a chatbot,” it is not a Customer Experience Platform case.

Is the automotive example a real client?

No. It is an illustrative journey of the kind of operation MEXA orchestrates. Named cases will get their own URLs when they exist.
