What data does this site process?

Only what we need to reply and to operate the site. We do not sell data. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Data we collect

On demo, create-account and contact: name, work email, organization, phone (optional), requested portal identifier, industry, size, channels, objective or topic, demo slot (if booked) and the message. We store a hash of the network identifier, not the raw IP, to limit abuse.

Purpose

To answer demo, portal signup or contact requests, prevent spam and operate the site. We do not use that data for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Your request (pre-contractual steps) and the consent marked on the form.

Retention

While the conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. You can request deletion at info@mexa.cc.

Recipients

The MEXA team that handles leads. Email may be sent to info@mexa.cc (or the server-configured recipient). We do not sell or rent lists.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, according to applicable law. Write to info@mexa.cc using the email from the form.

Cookies

You authorize cookies with a ring of four nodes: necessary (always on), experience (journey identity and preferences), measurement and communication. The public website does not install third-party ad cookies. The choice is stored in the mexa_consent cookie and registered with MEXA. You can change it anytime via Cookies in the footer or the floating orb.
